Ford dealership Hodsons selects Ebbon-Dacs DMS over competitors

Stafford based Hodsons have signed a contract with Ebbon-Dacs, Software as a Service DMS specialist, after reviewing many traditional competitor systems.

"We found that the systems we viewed had made great strides and were very well equipped for today's market place. However we had an eye on tomorrow’s market place, as change is all too quick these days" said Tony Jackson, General Manager.

Credibility and "shop floor knowledge" were also crucial criteria.

"As well as being integrated with the manufacturer, Ebbon-Dacs' system provides sophisticated reporting. But it was how they could combine this with real life experience and knowledge that won us over”, Jackson continued. “They have also made a commitment to develop the Dealer Management System according to our needs and those of other customers. This is important because nothing stands still for long and we have to keep moving with the times".
